At BinzMart, we are committed to delivering a hassle-free shopping experience. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to protect your rights as a customer while ensuring fairness and transparency for both parties. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.

This policy applies to all purchases made via BinzMart, including items fulfilled via third-party suppliers.

 Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)

  • Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene items) unless defective

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

  • Clearance or final sale items (unless damaged)

 How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Log in to your BinzMart account.

  2. Go to “My Orders” and select the item you wish to return.

  3. Click on “Request Return” and complete the return form, including:

    • Reason for the return

    • Photo evidence if the item is damaged or incorrect

  4. Our customer service team will review and respond within 24–48 business hours.

If approved, we’ll share return instructions, including the shipping address.

Do not send items back without authorization from our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable courier service with insurance.

  • BinzMart.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or wrong item:

  1. Contact us at info@binzmart.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the item, outer packaging, and shipping label

  3. After verification, we will:

    • Send a replacement (at no additional cost), or

    • Offer a full refund, or

    • Issue store credit (if preferred)

No restocking fees will apply in such cases.

 Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Processing Time:

  • Inspection: Within 3–5 business days of receiving the item

  • Refund issuance: Within 5–10 business days after approval

Refund Methods:

  • PayPal: Refunds processed back to your PayPal account

  • Payoneer: Refunds to your Payoneer account

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds via the original payment gateway

We’ll notify you via email once your refund is processed. If it doesn't appear after 10 business days, please contact your payment provider.

 Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or item:

  1. Return the original product following the return steps

  2. Once refunded, place a new order

This helps ensure inventory accuracy and faster processing.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement. Due to our automated fulfillment process, cancellation is not guaranteed after this period.

To cancel:

  • Contact support via email or live chat as soon as possible.

  • If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll process your cancellation and full refund.

If the item has already shipped, the standard return process applies.

Dropshipped & Third-Party Items

Some of our items are fulfilled through third-party suppliers or dropshipping platforms. These may have:

  • Slightly longer shipping and processing times

  • Warehouse-specific return requirements

  • Refund timelines subject to third-party processing

Regardless, BinzMart.com remains your main point of contact and will assist with all return or refund claims.

 Order Not Received

If your package hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery period:

  1. Contact our team within 15 days of the expected delivery date

  2. We’ll investigate with the shipping carrier or supplier

  3. If confirmed lost or undelivered, we will offer:

    • A full refund, or

    • A reshipment at no extra cost

 Refused Deliveries or Incorrect Address

If a delivery is refused or returned due to an incorrect shipping address:

  • You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs and re-delivery fees

  • If the package cannot be delivered or is abandoned, we will issue a refund minus any incurred fees

 Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds in cases of:

  • Excessive return requests

  • Returning used or altered products

  • Fraudulent or dishonest claims

BinzMart strives to support genuine claims but takes abuse of return/refund policies seriously.
